Our representation includes clients throughout the State of New Jersey with representation before administrative agencies, such as the Division of Civil Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and disciplinary matters before Administrative Law Judges. We practice in both state and federal court, including Municipal Courts, State Superior Courts, Federal District Court, Courts of Appeal, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
