Grace Lempka is an Associate with the firm of Dvorak & Associates, LLC. Grace is engaged primarily in the defense of public employees, with a concentration in law enforcement. She has represented law enforcement in the defense of civil litigation claims, such as Section 1983 civil rights matters, as well as defending law enforcement in departmental disciplinary matters. Grace is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and practices in both State and Federal Courts, at both trial and appellate levels.

Grace graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2017. While at Villanova, Grace competed in the Tulane University International Baseball Arbitration Competition and co-chaired executing the 2017 Game Day Case Competition held at Villanova. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2014 with degrees in Accounting and Sports Marketing.
