Jessica L. Magliette is an Associate with the firm Dvorak & Associates, LLC. Jessica is primarily involved in public entity/employee defense of civil litigation claims such as employment law, civil rights litigation, and Title 59 matters, as well as maintaining a criminal practice in the Courts. Ms. Magliette is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District Court of New Jersey and the State of New York. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association.

Jessica received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University. At Seton Hall, Jessica was a Senator for the Student Bar Association, Vice President of the Evening Student Forum, and Chair of the Pirate Pride Committee. Prior to graduating, Jessica was a student attorney for the Juvenile Justice Clinic. It was here she represented indigent juvenile defendants in juvenile proceedings in Essex County Family Court House.

Upon graduation, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Dennis V. Nieves, J.S.C. in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court, Middlesex County. Undergraduate, Jessica graduated summa cum laude from Rowan University with a major in Law & Justice. She was the president of Gamma Chi Sigma and Victim Awareness Society; and the Treasurer of the Pre-Law Society. Jessica was also a member of Sigma Alpha National Leaders and Honors Organization, Golden Key International Honor Society, and Alpha Phi Sigma Law and Justice Honor Society.
